AI API Spend Tracker

Drop the usage CSVs you export from OpenAI, Anthropic or OpenRouter and see where the money goes: by month, model, key or project and day, with where this month ends at the current rate.

Drop one or more usage CSV files here

Your files stay on this device. The page reads them with your browser and adds them up here; nothing is uploaded, stored or counted.

How to Export Your Usage

  1. OpenAI: on the usage dashboard, press Export and choose Cost data; OpenAI suggests grouping by line item, CSV, one-day intervals. Dates are in UTC. OpenAI help
  2. Anthropic: in the Claude Console, open Cost (or Usage) and press the export button for a CSV of the data shown. Claude help
  3. OpenRouter: on the Activity page, open the options menu, choose Export to, then CSV; group by model or API key. OpenRouter docs

None of the three publishes the columns of its CSV. The page looks for the field names each documents for its usage and cost API (OpenAI's start_time, amount.value and line_item; Anthropic's starting_at, amount and model; OpenRouter's date, model and usage), shows which column it read for each, and lets you change any of them. Anthropic's cost API states amounts in cents, so a file that looks like Anthropic's is read as cents; switch it if your total does not match the Console. OpenRouter's estimated spend on your own provider keys is left out, since you pay that provider directly. Checked October 20, 2026.

FAQ

Are my usage files uploaded anywhere?

No. The page reads each file with your browser's own file reader and adds it up on this device. Nothing is sent, stored or counted, and closing the tab forgets it.

Which files does it read?

The CSV exports from the OpenAI usage dashboard, the Claude Console's Usage and Cost pages and OpenRouter's Activity page. None of the three publishes the columns of its CSV, so the page matches the field names each documents for its usage and cost API and shows what it read; you can change any column.

Why does my Anthropic total look 100 times too big or too small?

Anthropic's cost API states amounts in cents, and its Console does not say which unit its CSV uses. The page assumes cents for a file that looks like Anthropic's; if the total does not match your Console, switch Cost is in to US dollars.

How is the month-end figure worked out?

It takes the latest month in your files, divides what was spent by the days covered so far and multiplies by the days in that month. It is a straight line at your current rate, not a forecast.
