The builder reads each job's rules from the top and takes the first step whose conditions hold and whose plan fits the money left. Scenario is named in these steps:

- 2D art, step 3 of 3, otherwise: Starter ($15/mo); the step also names Leonardo.Ai, and the best score takes it.
